On October 15, 2021, the delivery ceremony of the P10 cylinder head dual cleaning machine project was successfully held at the P10 cylinder head production line. The P10 cylinder head dual cleaning machine project lasted more than a month, and with the joint efforts of colleagues from the Technical Quality Department, Electrical Engineering Department, and Maintenance Department, the project was delivered ahead of schedule and successfully completed its tasks, officially put into use today.

In the absence of technical documentation, the relevant personnel made a great effort, working overtime every day to conduct in-depth research: Zhang Zhenxiao from the Technical Department led the team to modify tooling, fixtures, design drawings, and plan process routes; Zhao Xuehao from the Electrical Engineering Department led Jing Dongxin, Sun Lingchao, and Gao An to work on the wiring, electrical installation, and translation, writing, modification, and debugging of the PLC program for the cleaning machine; Han Yuechao from the Maintenance Department led Liu Qishuai, Zhang Jinfeng, Wang Naiyong, and Wang Yongkai to assemble and adjust the equipment. Ultimately, through everyone's joint efforts and overcoming one challenge after another, the equipment was successfully modified and debugged, and put into production, making significant contributions to the smooth delivery of P10 cylinder head products.

The use of this project has completely resolved the issue of delayed delivery of P10 cylinder head products due to the original cleaning machine's failure to meet cleanliness standards. With the new modified cleaning machine in operation, it not only fully meets the customer's high cleanliness requirements, ensuring the supply of P10 products, but also saves the company 150,000 yuan in cleaning costs each month. This equipment uses processes such as surge, rotating blowing, air duct, and vacuum extraction, which not only greatly improves the cleaning quality of the products but also significantly reduces energy consumption, with gas usage reduced by 70% and electricity consumption reduced by 35%. In terms of stability, the equipment has a very low failure rate after modification, providing strong support for the production of the company's P10 cylinder head products in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
