In order to make it meet the strict quality standards of Weichai, the cleaning fluid of the cleaning machine needs to be replaced once a week to meet the cleaning standard of the cylinder head. The consumption of cleaning fluid is very large, and at the same time There are also significant costs and expenses. How to ensure production quality and effectively reduce costs is a difficult problem for the company.
To this end, Han Yuechao, Zhao Xuehao from the Manufacturing Department, Zhang Zhenxiao from the Technical Department and others took this problem as the direction of tackling key problems, that is, how to ensure the cleanliness of products and reduce the cost of cleaning fluids through technical transformation. The hard work pays off. After repeated research and testing, they have carried out technical transformation on the cleaning process without adding processes: using the existing cleaning machine cabinet PLC control, installing a pass-through initial cleaning mechanism, the product passes the initial cleaning process. When washing the mechanism, use the old cleaning fluid to spray and rinse the cylinder head initially, and then enter the cleaning machine for cleaning, so that not only the debris remaining in the processing process can be cleaned, but also the gun hinge fluid and the gun hinge fluid remaining in the gun hinge process can be cleaned. The rust remover is pre-flushed, and the life of the subsequent cleaning agent is maintained.
Compared with the original cylinder head directly entering the Dürr cleaning machine for cleaning, this technical transformation can further improve the cleaning quality and at the same time, the service life of the cleaning agent can be effectively extended - the original cleaning fluid is replaced once a week to two weeks. Once replaced, the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, and the cleanliness quality of the product is also improved.
There is great wisdom behind small innovations! The initial washing device is independently designed and manufactured by the project personnel, making full use of idle and used materials. After installation, debugging and trial operation, the effect is obvious! Preliminary estimates show that only the cleaning cost can be saved, which can save 800 yuan per week, and the annual comprehensive cost reduction is more than 38,500 yuan.
