On October 15, 2021, the delivery ceremony of the P10 cylinder head Dürr cleaning machine project was successfully held on the P10 cylinder head production line. The P10 cylinder head Dürr cleaning machine project lasted for more than a month. With the joint efforts of colleagues from the technical quality department, electrical engineering department, and maintenance department, the project was delivered ahead of schedule according to the planned project time, and the task was successfully completed. It was officially delivered and put into use today.

In the absence of technical materials for this project, the relevant personnel made a lot of efforts and worked overtime every day to conduct in-depth research: Zhang Zhenxiao of the technical department led the personnel to modify the tooling, fixtures, design drawings and plan the process route; Zhao Xuehao of the electrical department led Jing Dongxin, Sun Lingchao and Gao An translated, wrote, modified and debugged the cleaning machine wiring, electrical installation and PLC program; Han Yuechao of the Maintenance Section led Liu Qishuai, Zhang Jinfeng, Wang Naiyong and Wang Yongkai to assemble and adjust the equipment. In the end, with the joint efforts of everyone and by overcoming one problem after another, the equipment was finally transformed, debugged, and put into production, which made great achievements for the smooth delivery of the P10 cylinder head products.

The putting into use of this project has completely solved the problem of untimely delivery of P10 cylinder head products due to the substandard cleanliness of the original cleaning machine. As the newly renovated cleaning machine is put into use, it not only fully meets the high requirements of customers for cleanliness and ensures the supply of P10 products, but also saves the company 150,000 yuan in cleaning costs every month. The equipment adopts surge, rotary air blowing, air duct and vacuuming and other processes, which not only greatly improves the cleaning quality of the product, but also significantly reduces energy consumption, reducing air consumption by 70% and electricity consumption by 35%. In terms of stability, after the equipment has been transformed, the equipment failure rate is extremely low, which provides a strong guarantee for the production of the company's P10 cylinder head products in terms of quality, cost, delivery and safety.
